A great hidden gem for authentic Chinese food. (They also have the standard Chinese American fare). The exterior of the building is a bit rough but definitely don't let that discourage you! It's much nicer inside. Also, this place is local, family run. Appetizer was green onion pancake and they are so crisp, flaky and savory. It may remind you of Indian naan. Our entrees came with soup and rice with the options of hot and sour, wonton or egg drop soup and fried rice or white rice. We ordered the braised eggplant and the spicy pork belly. The eggplant was tender and in a sweet glaze. It went so well with white rice and was not oily. The pork belly had a good kick to it with red peppers and jalapenos. The meat was cut thinly like bacon, which was good so it wasn't too greasy or heavy in the way that pork belly can get. The interior has table and booth seating options. The larger tables have lazy susans.

This is a pretty good place to get a moderately priced meal for one, maybe two people. You can substitute the free rice with Lo Mein for an extra 1.50, and I'd highly recommend doing this. If you get that dish instead, I could definitely see one dish serving two people. But for 14-15, you can't get a better deal for local Chinese than this. Service was good, the place was clean, and I could totally see bringing a bigger group here for dinner. The place could easily seat 4 with minimal-to-no trouble.

First time eating here and it’s truly great food. The service is great as well. The waitress is a lot of fun and is really good with her job. Nice place itself I’ll definitely be coming back.

Incredible Chinese and Thai dishes at reasonable prices. Eastern House also gladly allows diners to specify how spicy they'd like their meal (1-5). 4 is blisteringly rewarding.

The sweet tea is so good! It has a floral tea base that surprises and is just delightful. I had a group of 3 everyone had different things and there was not a single thing that disappointed. The last 2 pages of the menu are . I go weekly, have never had a reorder of any item and never had anything I didn't like...
